Include the J.F. Willumsen Museum as a colourful stopover on your tour of northern Zealand

There are lots of fascinating things to experience in the vicinity of the J.F. Willumsen Museum. You can combine the museum visit with an ‘action tour’ in the old Ådalen gravel quarry, fill in with more museum visits, for example to the Frederikssund Museum or Jægerspris Castle. You can take a walk in the footsteps of the Vikings and go on a sailing tour of the fjord, or a cycling tour out into the blue along the many fine bicycle paths along the fjord. The possibilities are many and you decide for yourself. But we have provided some help for you along the way and have a number of suggestions for a fun day in Frederikssund – with or without children.
